When you send us a text, we'll send you an automated response confirming that your message has been received. Your question will be answered soon thereafter (during regular service hours).
If it's your first time texting us, look for another automated response message from Mosio, the company that provides the service. The Mosio message is only sent to users once, only after the first question.
*Caution!* Don't reply "STOP" to the Mosio message or our response to your text message reference question will be blocked, too.
