Locating Books In the Hilton C. Buley Library On-Line Catalog

SouthernSearch is the online catalog and is the key to finding books and other items in the library.  The catalog is shared by the CSUs, the CT Community Colleges, and the Connecticut State Library (SL) in Hartford, CT.  You can search either just Southern or the entire Consortium.

Once you locate an item in the catalog, make sure to write down the entire combination of letters and numbers assigned to it (CALL NUMBER).  They are the same letters and numbers found on the spine of the book.
