Changing passwords on the iPad seems to be tricky. It seems to have something to do with Apple products interfacing with the network. Here is what seems to work best.
- Change your password at MySCSU.
- Log onto a regular computer with your new password, or login at https://remote.southernct.edu.
You may also be able to do these two steps in reverse, changing your password on a computer first, then logging into MySCSU with the new password.
- Change your password in the Settings app on the iPad under: WiFi - SCSU Internet (you should be prompted to re-enter your password. If not, select SCSUInternet then click to Forget the Network. Go back to the WiFi list and select SCSU Internet again; you will be prompted to enter your username and password.)
- Change your password in the Setting app on the iPad under: Mail - Exchange - Account
