Registration

How do I register?
Registration will open mid to late April.

What is the registration fee?
Registration for the 2023 conference will $10 for attendees and free for presenters.

Is there a registration deadline?
Registration will close a week before the conference.

When will I get the link to join the conference?

You will get a zoom link in a reminder email a few days before the conference. 

Presenter Information

I am a presenter; do I have to register?
Yes, presenters will still have to register for the conference. 

Whom should I contact regarding proposal or presenter questions?
Questions regarding proposals or presenter questions can be sent to ctinfolitconference@gmail.com.

What technology and equipment will I need?
You will need a strong internet connection, a good microphone, and a reasonably quiet workspace. We recommend all presenters use a headset or headphones with a microphone. It reduces ambient noise for both you and the attendees and provides a clearer sound.

Why did the name of the conference change?

The CT Information Literacy Conference is now the CT Academic Library Conference. We expanded so more librarians across the state can participate and share their projects and experiences. We will still happily accept proposals that are Information Literacy based.  

What software will be used for online sessions?
The online conference will be held on Zoom.

Where can I find a schedule for the online conference?
More information about the conference sessions and schedule will be available before registration is open.

Who do I contact if I have any questions or concerns before the conference?
If you have questions or concerns before the conference, please send an email to ctinfolitconference@gmail.com.

Will the sessions be recorded to watch after the conference is over?
Yes, sessions will be recorded and posted to the conference website after the conference is over.  

Are session recordings available for past conferences?
Yes, session are recorded and available on our YouTube Channel.  You can also find videos on our 2022 Conference Videos page or our Past Conference page for the 2014-2021 conference
