Law Librarian Sue Clerc (now retired) had put together handouts for using the most useful legal sources to find cases, articles, laws, statutes, and regulations. She also recommends Wikipedia to get an overview on a particular case--the entries are standarized, with links to case documents and the info you would need to look the case up in the more formal sources: specific names and other identifying terms, specific court jurisdiction, history and progression through the court system, etc.
You can also look up articles on court cases and legal issues in CINAHL, using the legal-related terms in a normal search.
You can also contact the new Law Librarian, Amy Jansen, for help.
You may also contact individual librarians via the One-on-one Instruction Request form.
