Actual data (statistics, survey results, etc.) is becoming more and more common. Depending on the site, you may be able to get reports, data files (Excel spreadsheets, SPSS files, etc.), or published articles.
You can use a specific Subject Heading option in CINAHL and MEDLINE to limit to geographical areas. The video below shows the process in CINAHL, but MEDLINE works the same way using the MeSH subject headings available through the top menu bar within the MEDLINE database.
Finding a study done in a particular place is not as easy as it "ought to be", but it is possible!
Note: the same system works in Medline, too.
