"I want to be happy" from the National Juke Box

"I want to be happy" label

Resource: The National Juke Box project has digitized thousands of audio recordings in the collections of the Library of Congress. "I want to be happy" is from a Victor recording of Helen Clark and Lewis James singing Vincent Loumans and Irving Clark's work from the musical "No, No, Nanette".

License: The Library of Congress obtained streaming audio rights to the materials under copyright in this collection. See the individual entries for further details. In general, downloading is not permitted.

Additional info: The player for individual recordings is embeddable in external sites (but is often slow to load). On the National Juke Box site, playlists can be assembled and shared for streaming online.
