Resource: Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy follows the same model of expert author/editor as most traditional encyclopedias, but uses web technologies to make the resulting work widely accessible and keep it up to date. An "edition" is archived every quarter to provide citation stability.

License: Copyright of the Encyclopedia entire is held by the Metaphysics Research Lab at Stanford University, but individual authors hold the rights to individual entries. Fair use (including educational) is specifically granted. Authorship and contact information are available on each entry for additional use.
